Sept 23-29 Eatings

Sept 23-29: basil, tomatoes, green bell pepper, tiburon pepper, corn on the cob, macoun apples, broccoli,

Monday: Spaghetti Squash with Tomatoes, Basil, and Parmesan, using it’s name sake, and that’s about it.

Tuesday: Thai Fried Eggplant with Basil using the eggplant, basil, red and green bell peppers, and hot chilis from a previous week.  It was ok.  The eggplant comes out slimy this way.

Wednesday: Tangy Stir-Fried Vegetables using the napa cabbage, broccoli, and bell peppers.  My new favorite stir fry!  We did not have tofu, so we skipped that part.

Away Thursday-Sunday.
