Sept. 30-Oct. 6: kale, corn on the cob, tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, mustard greens, napa cabbage, green beans, eggs
Monday: Braised Kale with Black Beans using the kale and tomatoes
Tuesday: Curried Mustard Greens with Kidney Beans using the mustard greens. MMM!
Wednesday: Used eggs to make Flourless Chocolate Torte. Fancy!
Thursday: Clean Eating Roasted Shrimp and Green Beans using the green beans. Baked some corn on the cob while prepping the shrimp dish. Easy dinner night.
Friday: Hubby made a stir fry using some of the bell peppers, napa cabbage, eggs, and frozen veggies
Saturday: Hubby made up a quiche using the bell peppers and eggs with corn on the cob on the side.
Sunday: Roasted Napa Cabbage using the last half of the napa cabbage. Also, pizza using the last bell pepper.
